What exactly does MainLedger book in Lexware?
For every Mollie payment, the matching Lexware invoice is found and marked as paid — or, in generate mode, a new Lexware invoice is created. Mollie fees land as an inbound voucher on the Mollie account.
Do I need a Lexware partner account?
No, your standard Lexware Office account is enough. The connection runs via OAuth — you're redirected to Lexware, grant access, done.
What happens on refunds or chargebacks?
Refunds are booked as a credit note in Lexware. Chargebacks come to you as an email notification with an audit log — the Lexware booking is done manually, because the status is GoBD-sensitive.
Which Mollie plans are supported?
All Mollie standard plans with Payments enabled. For subscriptions the generate module is additionally activated — you save the Mollie invoicing fee.
